This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction port and a 3" discharge port with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze and includes a bronze wear ring. The pump assembly is built with a cast iron casing, a stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. This unit uses a dry shaft design and is equipped with greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 284T frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3 with a premium efficiency rating that meets MG1-12.55 standards. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is configured for across-the-line starting. A Woods coupler connects the pump and motor, protected by an OSHA-compliant guard. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and carries a DOE PEI rating of 0.9.
