This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for a maximum operating temperature of 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP, 230-460/60/3PH WEG motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured with a 213 T-frame, AEGIS shaft grounding, and an across the line starting option. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. This equipment meets NEMA standards and has a PEI value of 0.88.
