This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump assembly consists of a cast iron casing and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a bronze wear ring and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The unit utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. Sealing is managed by a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump is powered by a 15 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor TEFC motor in a 254 T frame. It operates on 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across the line starting configuration and is rated for a 40°C ambient environment. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and has a PEI value of 0.92. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base that incorporates an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, connecting to the motor through a Woods coupler.
