This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 250 flanges and an integrated bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a 6" suction and 5" discharge connection. The internal configuration includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump construction incorporates a dry shaft design.
The pump is driven by a 75 HP, 1750 RPM WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 365T frame. It is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across-the-line starting. The unit is supported by a welded base with an integral drip pan and a standard Woods coupler protected by a coupler guard. This system features greasable bearings and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards MG1-12.55, and the pump is rated at a DOE PEI of 0.93.
