This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge, both utilizing ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze shaft sleeve. It uses a mechanical seal constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly incorporates a bronze wear ring and a dry shaft design that prevents system fluid contact with the shaft. It features flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without disconnecting system piping, and the top center line discharge simplifies piping layouts and enables self-venting.
This pump is powered by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor operating at 1750 RPM. The motor is configured for 230-460/60/3PH electrical input and meets MG1-12.55 Super E Premium Efficiency standards. The unit is mounted on a 215JM frame with feet and utilizes an across the line starting option. The equipment maintains a PEI of 0.94. The motor is configured for 40°C ambient temperatures and complies with NEMA standards.
