This Taco CI Series close coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit uses an 11" nominal impeller diameter constructed of stainless steel housed within a cast iron casing and cover. It includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a bronze wear ring. The internal mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design, which prevents the shaft from contacting the circulating fluid. The rear pullout design allows for servicing without removing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration supports self-venting.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured with a 254 JM frame style with feet and uses 230-460/60/3 PH power. The pump features across the line starting and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly meets MG1-12.55 efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.91.
