This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft paired with a bronze shaft sleeve to facilitate maintenance and prevent fluid contact with the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections and an integral drain port. This configuration does not include a wear ring.
This pump operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 184T frame. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and utilizes across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a standard coupler guard. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump is equipped with AEGIS shaft grounding and is designed for counter-clockwise rotation.
