This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a nominal diameter of 11", and a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from system fluid and a rear pullout configuration for service access without disturbing system piping. It includes a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250 °F. The casing is equipped with a bronze wear ring, flush seal line taps, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 PH electrical input with an across-the-line starting option. The motor is built on a 254 JM frame with feet and includes an AEGIS shaft grounding ring. This unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and MG1-12.55 requirements. The pump has a PEI rating of 0.97.
