This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit utilizes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, paired with a bronze wear ring. The cast iron casing includes gauge ports for suction and discharge connections. It is equipped with a stainless steel shaft, a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve, and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The design incorporates a dry shaft construction to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 100 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and a 404 NEMA frame. The electrical configuration is 460/60/3 PH. It meets premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and is connected to the motor via a Woods coupler protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The pump utilizes greasable bearings and maintains a PEI value of 0.94.
