The mechanical seal is constructed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Buna rubber, and the unit is rated for temperatures up to 225°F. The pump design includes pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
This model operates at 1750 RPM and uses a 15 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and utilizes a NEMA 254T frame. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding, greasable bearings, and a Woods coupler. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard.
