This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features 10" suction and 8" discharge connections with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The pump casing is constructed of cast iron and includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is configured with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve to protect the shaft from fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing frame is equipped with greasable bearings to support mechanical operation.
The pump is driven by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 286T frame, operating at 1150 RPM. Power requirements are 230-460/60/3 PH with an across-the-line starting configuration. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The entire assembly is mounted on a welded base that features an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. A Woods coupler connects the pump and motor for power transmission.
