This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction connection and an 8" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft equipped with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections and flush seal line taps.
This unit is powered by a 60 HP WEG TEFC motor in a 364 T-frame, operating at 1750 RPM. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with across the line starting and AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It utilizes a Woods coupler and greasable bearings to facilitate maintenance. This equipment has a DOE PEI rating of 0.94 and is rated for a 40°C ambient environment.
