This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge. It utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The design incorporates a dry shaft construction to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The unit operates at 1150 RPM and is powered by a 2 HP Baldor TEFC motor. The motor is configured in a 184 T frame with a power supply of 230-460/60/3 PH. It utilizes an across-the-line starting option and complies with NEMA standards for premium efficiency, featuring AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan, a standard coupler guard, and a Woods coupler. This system operates in a 40°C ambient temperature environment.
