This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a cast iron casing with an integrally cast bronze wear ring and an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is constructed with a stainless steel shaft, a bronze shaft sleeve, and a mechanical seal composed of a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. This unit is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250°F and utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent circulating fluid from contacting the shaft.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 213 T-frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3PH with across the line starting. The assembly includes a welded structural steel base with an integral drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a Woods flexible coupler. The motor meets NEMA standards and premium efficiency requirements under MG1-12.55, and the unit features AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a DOE PEI of 0.87 and is rated for 40°C ambient operation with CCW rotation.
