This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. It uses a 9-1/2" stainless steel impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The pump is configured with a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge. The mechanical seal consists of a silicon-carbide seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation in clean water at temperatures up to 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and utilizes a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 215 T frame. Power requirements are 230-460/60/3 PH with across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with a DOE PEI of 0.88.
