This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 9-1/2" nominal diameter, and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design and includes ANSI Class 250 flanges. A mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles temperatures up to 250°F. The unit is equipped with flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 75 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 365TS NEMA frame. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and supports across-the-line starting. The motor is a premium efficiency model meeting MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and features a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. This pump has a DOE PEI of 0.9.
