This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2" suction and a 1-1/4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter impeller constructed from stainless steel (NSF61) and a cast iron casing and cover. It incorporates a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents contact between the system fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. Additional physical features include a bronze wear ring, flush seal line taps for filter installation, pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections, and a rear pullout design for servicing.
This unit operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and drip cover. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and utilizes a NEMA-standard JM motor frame with feet. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding and is set for counter-clockwise rotation.
