This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The cast iron casing contains a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. The assembly uses a stainless steel shaft with a stainless steel shaft sleeve to protect against fluid contact. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. The casing is equipped with pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections.
This unit is configured with a 60 HP, 1750 RPM TEFC WEG motor on a NEMA 364T frame. It operates on 380/60/3 power and uses across the line starting. The pump is mounted on a welded base that includes an integrated drip pan, a standard Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. The assembly features greasable bearings and meets NEMA premium efficiency requirements per MG1-12.55. This equipment has a DOE PEI of 0.92.
