This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction connection and a 3" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses an 11" diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly includes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, providing a temperature rating of 250°F. The pump assembly utilizes a bearing frame with greasable bearings and is provided without a wear ring.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 15 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 254 T-frame enclosure. It is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes across-the-line starting. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump is mounted on a welded base that incorporates a drip pan and is connected to the motor via a standard Woods coupler protected by a guard. This pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.92 and is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature.
