This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 2-1/2" suction and a 2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It uses a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the pump shaft and circulating fluid. A mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber handles temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design permits maintenance without disrupting system piping, while a top center line discharge configuration assists in venting.
This unit operates at 1150 RPM and is driven by a 1 HP Baldor motor. It is configured with a TEFC enclosure and a 145 JM frame style with feet. The electrical system utilizes a power supply of 230-460/60/3PH, an across the line starting option, and a 40°C ambient temperature rating. The motor meets NEMA standards and Super E premium efficiency requirements per MG1-12.55. The rotation is counter-clockwise.
