This Taco CI Series close coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed from stainless steel and a cast iron casing and cover. It utilizes a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The design incorporates a dry shaft to prevent contact with circulating fluid, flush seal line taps for filtration, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The unit operates at temperatures up to 250 °F and utilizes a rear pullout design to allow servicing without disturbing system piping.
This unit is configured with a 20 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure with AEGIS shaft grounding. The motor is mounted in a 256 JM frame style with feet and operates on a 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power supply. The motor meets NEMA Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55. This pump assembly features a top center line discharge and has a PEI of 0.89. The across the line starting option is standard.
