This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing with a bronze wear ring and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. It is constructed with a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve, utilizing a dry shaft design to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal is composed of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F. The bearing housing contains permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 60 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 364T frame. It is configured for 380V/60Hz/3PH power and uses a Woods coupler. The pump is mounted on a welded base that features an integral drip pan and a standard coupler guard. The motor meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards, and the pump maintains a PEI of 0.93.
