This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a 13-1/2" nominal impeller diameter, a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. The design incorporates a dry shaft to prevent contact with circulating fluid and utilizes a slip-on shaft sleeve for seal maintenance. The pump is configured with flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and Viton rubber, with a temperature rating of 250 °F. The rear pullout design and top center line discharge allow for servicing without removing system piping.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 25 HP Baldor TEFC motor. It is configured with an across the line starting option and operates on 230-460/60/3PH power. The motor is mounted on a 284 JM frame with feet and features premium efficiency that meets MG1-12.55 standards, including AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a PEI value of 0.89.
