This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 10" suction and an 8" discharge, utilizing ANSI class 125 flanges. It includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. The unit uses a mechanical seal with a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. This pump is configured for clean water applications and incorporates flush seal line taps along with pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 150 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 444T frame. It utilizes a 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across the line starting option. The motor is premium efficiency and meets MG1-12.55 standards. The system includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated bearing on the NDE. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that features a drip pan and a standard Woods coupler with a guard. The bearing frame utilizes greasable bearings, and the pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
