This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction port and a 3" discharge port with ANSI Class 250 flanges. The unit includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve. It is equipped with a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, capable of operating at temperatures up to 250°F. The casing includes integrated pressure tappings for suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 286T NEMA frame. The electrical configuration supports 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power with an across-the-line starting option. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards. The assembly is mounted on a welded steel base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It uses a Woods coupler for the drive connection and has a DOE PEI of 0.9.
