This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, stainless steel shaft, and a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The design incorporates a dry shaft construction, pressure tappings at the suction and discharge connections, and flush seal line taps.
This pump operates at 3450 RPM and is powered by a 60 HP Baldor TEFC motor on a 364TS NEMA frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460/60/3 with a 40°C ambient rating. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The pump utilizes a Woods flexible coupler and greasable bearings within the bearing frame.
