This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit utilizes a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a stainless steel shaft protected by a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with an operating temperature rating of 250°F. The pump design incorporates a dry shaft to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 213 T-frame. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 power and utilizes an across-the-line starting method. The assembly includes AEGIS shaft grounding, a welded base with an integral drip pan, and a Woods coupler with a coupler guard. The motor is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards. This model has a PEI of 0.91.
