This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 2-1/2" suction connection and a 2" discharge connection. It utilizes a 9-1/2" diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring within an ANSI Class 125 flange configuration. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. It is equipped with a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F.
The system is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor ODP motor, NEMA frame 213, operating at 1750 RPM on 200V/60Hz/3PH power. It features across-the-line starting and meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards with a PEI of 0.86. The assembly includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, an OSHA-compliant coupler guard, and a standard Woods flexible coupler. Greasable bearings are integrated into the frame. The motor is configured for CCW rotation and operates in ambient temperatures up to 40 °C. The unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding.
