This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a cast iron casing, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 75 HP WEG ODP motor in a NEMA 365 T-frame. The electrical configuration is 230-460V/60Hz/3PH with across-the-line starting. The motor includes AEGIS shaft grounding and greasable bearings. The pump is secured to a welded base with an integral drip pan and uses a standard Woods coupler with a guard. The unit is rated for 40°C ambient conditions and meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI of 0.94.
