This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal bronze impeller, and a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a dry shaft design and includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections. The mechanical seal is comprised of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The pump incorporates a rear pullout design, which enables servicing without disturbing the system piping.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 15 HP Baldor TEFC motor with a 254 JM frame style. It is configured for 230-460/60/3PH power supply. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is rated for a 40°C ambient temperature with a standard counter-clockwise rotation. This equipment maintains a DOE PEI value of 0.94.
