This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 6" suction and a 5" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes an 11" nominal diameter bronze impeller, a cast iron casing, and a stainless steel shaft sleeve. It uses a mechanical seal with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The design incorporates a rear pullout assembly, top center line discharge, and a dry shaft configuration that isolates the shaft from system fluid. It includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The assembly features a bronze wear ring and operates at temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump is configured with a 30 HP WEG TEFC motor and operates at 1750 RPM. It uses a 286 JM frame with feet and supports 230-460/60/3 power with across the line starting. The motor meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit is rated for a 40°C ambient environment with CCW rotation. The pump maintains a DOE PEI of 0.94.
