The unit includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor, which is mounted on a 215 T frame. It functions on 230-460/60/3 PH power with across the line starting. The motor meets premium efficiency standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is installed on a welded structural steel base featuring an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. This configuration uses a Woods coupler.
