This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump includes a cast iron casing and a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller with a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal assembly consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, allowing for operation at temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit features a dry shaft design and is mounted on a bearing frame with greasable bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP WEG TEFC motor in a NEMA 444 T-frame configuration. It connects to a 460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply with an across-the-line starting option. The assembly is installed on a welded structural steel base that includes an integral drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The system features an AEGIS SGR, an insulated bearing at the NDE, and adheres to NEMA standards. This equipment has a PEI of 0.94 and is rated for a 40 °C ambient temperature.
