This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 5" suction and a 4" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges and a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller housed within a cast iron casing. The construction includes a stainless steel shaft and a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve. It is equipped with a mechanical seal featuring a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The pump assembly integrates AEGIS shaft grounding to manage electrical discharge.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and NEMA 213 frame. It is configured for a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply with Across the Line starting. The unit meets NEMA premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and carries a PEI rating of 0.93. Mounting consists of a welded steel base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. A standard Woods coupler connects the pump to the motor, which features greasable bearings in the bearing frame.
