This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a cast iron casing with pressure tappings and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter stainless steel impeller. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent contact between the circulating fluid and the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing housing contains permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 213T NEMA frame. It is configured for 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply with across-the-line starting. This unit meets NEMA Premium Efficiency MG1-12.55 standards and has a PEI of 0.88. It includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded steel base with an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard.
