This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and an 11" bronze impeller. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The assembly includes a bronze wear ring, flush seal line taps, and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 20 HP Baldor TEFC motor. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3 power supply and utilizes across the line starting. The motor is a NEMA 256 T frame style. The pump is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and includes a standard coupler guard and a standard coupler. The bearing frame features greasable bearings, and the unit includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.92.
