This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction consists of a cast iron casing, a stainless steel impeller with an 11" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. It uses a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a mechanical seal containing a silicon-carbide seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The unit is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 °F and is used for clean water applications.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure and 215 T-frame. Electrical input is 230-460/60/3 PH with across-the-line starting. This configuration includes AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55, with a DOE PEI rating of 0.87. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan and an OSHA, featuring a Woods standard coupler and greasable bearings.
