This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The assembly includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter, and a bronze shaft sleeve. This unit utilizes a dry shaft design and a mechanical seal consisting of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation up to 250°F. The pump incorporates a rear pullout design and a top center line discharge configuration. Flush seal line taps are provided on the casing to allow for the installation of a filter.
This pump is configured with a 20 HP, 1750 RPM Baldor motor in an ODP enclosure with a drip cover. It operates on a 230-460V/60Hz/3PH power supply and is rated for a 40°C ambient environment. The motor uses a NEMA 256 JM frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The equipment meets NEMA premium efficiency standards and has a PEI of 0.91. It features counter-clockwise rotation and is configured for across the line starting.
