This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing and a bronze impeller with an 11" nominal diameter. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft equipped with a bronze shaft sleeve to isolate the shaft from the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, a carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F. The unit utilizes ANSI Class 125 flanges and is constructed without a wear ring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured for a 230-460/60/3PH power supply and utilizes a NEMA 215 T-frame. The motor connects to the pump via a Woods coupler, which is protected by an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes an integral drip pan. This equipment has a DOE PEI rating of 0.87 and meets NEMA MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards with integrated AEGIS shaft grounding.
