This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 4" suction and a 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes an 11" nominal stainless steel impeller and a bronze wear ring. The pump casing is cast iron, and the assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. It incorporates a dry shaft design to prevent contact with the circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for operation at temperatures up to 250°F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 20 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure, NEMA 256 T-frame, and greasable bearings. It operates on 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz power and includes a standard across-the-line starting option. The motor is premium efficiency rated per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard with a Woods coupling. This equipment is rated for 40°C ambient operation and has a DOE PEI of 0.92.
