This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 2-1/2" suction and a 1-1/2" discharge, both equipped with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 7-1/4" nominal diameter bronze impeller and a bronze wear ring. A mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber is used, rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 °F. The unit incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design allows for service without disturbing system piping, and the top center line discharge configuration assists in piping layouts.
This pump is configured with a 3 HP WEG motor, operating at 1750 RPM. It utilizes a 200/60/3 PH power supply and features a TEFC enclosure with a drip cover. The motor is built on a 182 JM frame with feet and includes AEGIS shaft grounding.
