This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a cast iron casing with a 5" suction and 4" discharge, utilizing ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump uses a 13-1/2" bronze impeller balanced to ANSI Grade G6.3. It incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design to prevent circulating fluid from contacting the shaft. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The assembly includes a bronze wear ring and is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 30 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a NEMA 286T frame. The unit is configured for 380V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes an across the line starting method. It features AEGIS shaft grounding and is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler protected by a standard coupler guard. The pump assembly meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and has a pump efficiency index (PEI) of 0.92.
