This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing and a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller. The pump uses a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that prevents the shaft from contacting circulating fluid. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and utilizes a rear pullout design for servicing. It features a top centerline discharge to simplify piping layouts and reduce strain.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. It is configured with a JM motor frame style with feet, across the line starting, and 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power supply. The motor meets NEMA standards, provides premium efficiency per MG1-12.55, and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump has a DOE PEI value of 0.87.
