This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It uses a 9-1/2" nominal impeller diameter constructed of bronze, housed within a cast iron casing. The pump incorporates a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The unit includes flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. The bearing housing contains permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings.
This model operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP WEG TEFC motor in a 213 T frame. It is configured for 230-460V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes across the line starting. The assembly is mounted on a welded base that includes a drip pan, a Woods coupler, and a coupler guard. The motor is a premium efficiency unit that meets NEMA MG1-12.55 standards and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. This pump has a DOE PEI of 0.88.
