The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 10" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable stainless steel shaft sleeve. It utilizes a mechanical seal composed of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250 °F. The casing includes an integral bronze wear ring and is drilled and tapped for gauge ports at both the suction and discharge connections.
The unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 10 HP Baldor ODP motor in a NEMA 215 T frame. Power requirements are 230-460V, 3PH, 60Hz, with an across-the-line starting configuration. The motor meets Premium Efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and an OSHA-compliant coupler guard. It uses a Woods standard coupler and a bearing frame with greasable bearings.
