This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The unit includes a 9-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller equipped with a bronze wear ring. Construction consists of a cast iron casing with a stainless steel shaft and shaft sleeve. The pump utilizes a dry shaft design to prevent fluid contact with the shaft. A mechanical seal containing a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber components provides service for temperatures up to 250 °F.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 10 HP Baldor motor with an ODP enclosure. This motor is installed in a NEMA 215 T-frame and is configured for 230-460/60/3 PH electrical service. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integral drip pan, a Woods coupler, and an OSHA. The pump features AEGIS shaft grounding and meets premium efficiency standards per MG1-12.55 with a PEI value of 0.88.
