This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction connection and a 2-1/2" discharge connection with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump construction includes a cast iron casing, a bronze impeller with a 10" nominal diameter, and a bronze wear ring. It utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal consists of a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, with a temperature rating of 250°F.
This unit operates at 1750 RPM and is powered by a 7-1/2 HP Baldor motor with a TEFC enclosure. The motor is configured for 200V, 60Hz, 3PH power and utilizes a NEMA 213 T frame. The pump includes a welded base with an integrated drip pan, an AEGIS shaft grounding ring, and a Woods coupler. The system utilizes across the line starting and maintains a premium efficiency rating of 0.94 PEI, meeting NEMA MG1-12.55 standards. The assembly is rated for 40°C ambient temperatures and operates with CCW rotation.
