This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 10" suction and an 8" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. The pump is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" nominal diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. The assembly utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve. The mechanical seal is configured with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The casing is equipped with pressure tappings on both the suction and discharge connections to facilitate system monitoring.
The pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 125 HP TEFC motor. The unit uses a NEMA 444 T-frame Baldor motor configured for a 460V/60Hz/3PH power supply. The motor includes an AEGIS SGR and an insulated bearing on the NDE. The assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a standard coupler guard. The bearing frame features greasable bearings. This product meets a DOE PEI rating of 0.94 and supports across-the-line starting.
