This Taco FI Series base-mounted end suction pump features a 3" suction and a 2-1/2" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 13-1/2" diameter bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. The unit utilizes a stainless steel shaft with a replaceable bronze shaft sleeve in a dry shaft design. The mechanical seal includes a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber, and is rated for temperatures up to 250°F. The bearing frame incorporates permanently lubricated, sealed-for-life ball bearings.
This pump operates at 1750 RPM and is driven by a 25 HP TEFC motor in a NEMA 284T frame. It is configured for 230-460/60/3 power with an across-the-line starting option and includes AEGIS shaft grounding. The pump assembly is mounted on a welded base with an integrated drip pan and a Woods coupler with a standard coupler guard. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards, and the unit has a PEI value of 0.89.
