This Taco CI Series close-coupled end suction pump features a 4" suction and 3" discharge with ANSI Class 125 flanges. It is constructed with a cast iron casing, a 9-1/2" bronze impeller, and a bronze wear ring. The pump includes a bronze shaft sleeve and a dry shaft design that isolates the shaft from the circulating fluid. A mechanical seal is installed with a ceramic seat, carbon rotor, and EPT rubber. The assembly incorporates flush seal line taps and pressure tappings on the suction and discharge connections. A rear pullout design and top center line discharge are provided for system piping and maintenance requirements.
The pump is configured with a 10 HP Baldor TEFC motor in a 215 JM frame with feet. The motor includes a drip cover and AEGIS shaft grounding. The unit operates at 1750 RPM using 200V/60Hz/3PH power with across-the-line starting. The motor meets MG1-12.55 premium efficiency standards and the pump has a PEI of 0.9. The unit is rated for fluid temperatures up to 250 °F.
